NAPA Auto Parts - Shakelton Auto & Truck Center LLC at 74 Pleasant Street, Monticello, New York.

I use this place several times a month, sometimes several times a week to maintain our trucks, vehicles and equipment with various business' I own. The employees are excellent! Well trained, respectful and honest. They know what they are talking about.....not just plugging things into a computer like many other of the "chain" stores that send you on your way with the wrong part. Sure they are sometimes busy but you can appreciate that when its your turn because they will help you solve your problem and not just look to take your money and push you out for the next person. I only mention this because I noticed some idiot left a review with 1 star because he happened to be there while it was busy....ofcourse he is also a "serial 1 star reviewer" aka : a loser with nothing better to do.
If you need parts, the quality of service AND the quality of parts at this NAPA are excellent! Pricing is inline with any high quality product.
